FULL-TIME BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Essential Functions:

Daily (M-F) Office Time directed towards:
— Customer care and follow up with current/past customers.
— Advance production flow efficiency.
— Create content for monthly newsletters and some social media.
— CRM management.

Daily (M-F) “Field Work” directed towards:
— Drive projected revenue through sales of North Shore Embroidery & Route 99 Hawaii.
— Learn and become accustomed to the all-around knowledge of North Shore Embroidery – Route 99 Hawaii products and sales procedures.
— Establish a referral network with local businesses and find ways to maximize value from those connections.
— Follow through on the entire sales process and responsibilities in a timely manner.
— Attend professional development seminars and training.

Equipment Used:
CRM software, Quickbooks, and Microsoft Office.

Work Hours/Days:
— Position requires regular and structured attendance.
— Weekly sales meeting to set sales projections and goals.
— 20 hours office work + PT field work.
— Requires some attendance at evening networking events.

Pay Structure: Hourly plus earned commission.

Skills / Knowledge:
— Requires sales and communication skills with proven track record.
— Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills and CRM systems preferred.
–Valid driver’s license.

Experience:
— Minimum three years of sales experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
— Knowledge of imprinting/decorating business a plus.
