Custom Embroidery Rates
• We DO NOT charge a set up fee for DIGITIZATION or to make a SAMPLE OF YOUR DESIGN, for orders of 24+ items.
• For orders of less than 24 items, we charge a one-time digitization fee/design.
• You can mix & match different styles of the same type of item in quantities of 6. (e.g. 6 blue trucker hats with white thread and 6 red dad hats with black thread, etc. or 6 white T-shirts and 6 yellow polo shirts with blue thread).
The cost of your job depends on:
- The number of stitches in your design (see below for samples).
- The quantity of your order (no minimum order required).
- Typically, quotes are for embroidery only. You may choose to supply your own merchandise, or we can supply blanks (see our Merchandise – caps / Merchandise – shirts).
- Unlike screenprinting, multiple colors or changes in color within one order will not affect price.

Quality Assurance
If the apparel is flawed upon delivery, we will replace the affected merchandise (at wholesale, not retail, price) at no extra charge.
Cancellation
Once you sign off on your embroidery design, you are responsible, in full, for the cost of the embroidery design/job.

All of the artwork/designs you see on our web site are original designs or reproduced with the permission of the artist/business. They may not be reproduced in any manner.
North Shore Embroidery has the discretion to reject any order containing material that we consider to be libelous, defamatory, obscene, profane, irresponsible, or is otherwise inappropriate.
