Getting Started

How do I get started?

Please look at our Photo Portfolio to see our high quality embroidery items, then check out our Rates & Prices. Email us your design to get an exact price quote. Then call us to place an order. It’s that simple!

Are there any set up fees?

No. We offer this service free of charge for orders of 02 dozen items+.

Upon Submition of your Embroidery Job

How long will my embroidery job take?

For an order of 24 hats, it would typically take 02 to 03 weeks once we receive the merchandise.

If you have a rush order, please let us know. Once you place your order, we will give you a precise pick-up date


Your Embroidery Design

Are there limitations on the types of graphics that can be reproduced?

Yes. Small text, fine detail, and color gradients can be difficult to reproduce with embroidery. Additionally the level of detail that can be reproduced is affected by the type of fabric the logo is stitched on.


How accurate is the design sample?

Once we send you or show you your design sample, you can count on it being the exact quality and color and size of your actual embroidery job.


How do send my design?

Please email us a high resolution image (JPG, TIFF, PDF) to Info@NorthShoreEmbroidery.com


What if I don’t have a design?

– We’d recommend you go to a graphic designer, especially if you’re putting together your first company logo.

– For lettering (such as a Company Name or Team Name), you do not need a design; simply email us the exact spelling of your text

– You can also look at free clip art sites for ideas such as http://free-clipart.net/
